|---|---|
| ABSTRACT | Artificial intelligence's (AI) quick development has had a significant impact on the world's labor markets, changing workforce expectations, employment trends, and job structures. This study investigates the complex effects of AI on employment, looking at both potential and difficulties. AI automation and machine learning technologies increase productivity and open up new job categories, but they also carry the risk of increasing labor inequality, skill redundancy, and job displacement. This study examines which industries are most susceptible to automation, the changing skill requirements for the modern workforce, and methods for reducing negative consequences through an extensive assessment of empirical research, industry reports, and case studies. In order to guarantee that AI integration fosters equitable economic growth, the report emphasizes the need for proactive regulatory frameworks, educational reforms, and reskilling efforts. The ultimate goal of this research is to enlighten stakeholders about the adaptive strategies necessary for sustainable workforce growth and to present a fair picture of how AI changes employment environments. |
