TITLE SmartCart – AI-Powered Personalized E-Commerce Platform
ABSTRACT The SmartCart is designed to transform the digital shopping experience through the implementation of the AI and ML technologies into a complete online e-commerce platform. Conventional online shopping applications are less personalized and less dynamic in terms of product display. The project presents some intelligent capabilities like personalized recommendations, the use of AI to search, sentiment-based reviews as well as prediction of dynamic prices to improve customer satisfaction and purchase intentions. The system will examine user behaviour, purchase history, and browsing patterns and use machine learning algorithms to customize a unique shopping experience to every user. Intelligent search, voice-based commands, and review analysis are executed with the help of Natural Language Processing (NLP). This creates a dynamic interactive online shopping experience comparable to that of other applications such as Amazon with state-of-the-art customized smarts.
