| ABSTRACT | The development of “Your Renting Service,” a smart and secure online rental platform, addresses the growing challenges faced by tenants and landlords in finding suitable rental properties. Traditional rental processes involve time-consuming manual paperwork, reliance on brokers, and lack of proper verification systems. This platform provides a comprehensive solution by enabling users to search, filter, and book properties online with field-based grouping that connects individuals from similar educational or professional backgrounds. Key features include digital rent agreement generation in PDF format, secure user authentication, intelligent property filtering, and a field-based community matching system. Built using modern web technologies including React.js with TypeScript for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM for database management, the platform ensures scalability, security, and user satisfaction. The system architecture follows a client-server model with efficient request handling and database optimization. Future enhancements may include mobile application development, integrated payment gateways, AI-powered chatbots, live chat features, and expanded field-based community forums. |
