| TITLE | Mining Tracking and Workers Safety Helmet |
|---|---|
| ABSTRACT | Mining is one of the most hazardous occupations due to the unpredictable conditions found underground. Workers are often exposed to dangers such as toxic gas leakage, high temperatures, low oxygen levels, and sudden accidents. In many cases, the lack of real-time monitoring and delayed rescue operations increase the risk of serious injury or loss of life. This paper presents a Mining Tracking and Workers Safety Helmet designed to enhance worker safety by continuously monitoring environmental conditions and tracking the worker’s location. The helmet is equipped with sensors to detect harmful gases, temperature variations, and movement. Collected data is transmitted to a monitoring unit, allowing supervisors to take quick action during emergencies. The proposed system aims to reduce workplace risks and improve overall safety in mining environments. |
