TITLE Impact of Online Payment Application
ABSTRACT Online payment applications have become essential for digital transactions, as they ensure the reliability of monetary exchanges and influence users’ decisions to adopt cashless systems. However, the increasing cases of security breaches, fraudulent activities, and technical glitches have created significant challenges by reducing user trust. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of online payment applications using advanced data analytics and user experience assessment methods. The proposed study evaluates transaction security, user satisfaction, frequency of use, and the credibility of different payment platforms to identify factors affecting consumer trust. By addressing issues related to safety and transparency, the study aims to enhance financial reliability, ensure fair digital practices among service providers, and strengthen users’ confidence in online payment systems. Ultimately, by integrating technology-driven solutions for secure and efficient transactions, this research contributes to improving the integrity and dependability of modern digital payment ecosystems.
