| ABSTRACT | This project focuses on creating a full-stack blog application using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. The system is built to offer a scalable, efficient, and interactive platform for creating and managing content. Users can perform complete CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations on blog posts. Secure authentication and role-based access are handled through JSON Web Tokens (JWT). The application is set up as a Single Page Application (SPA), providing a smooth and responsive experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Features include a rich-text editor for composing and formatting posts, a dynamic commenting system to boost reader engagement, and categorization and search functions to help users navigate content easily. The backend is developed as a RESTful API, managing data processing, user sessions, and database interactions. Meanwhile, the frontend offers an intuitive interface that simplifies user interaction. By using the strengths of the MERN stack, the project showcases modern web development practices, focusing on performance, maintainability, and user-friendly design. This application overcomes limitations found in traditional blogging platforms by providing a customizable, secure, and ad-free space for content creators and readers. Overall, the project illustrates how combined frontend and backend technologies can create a robust, feature-rich blogging platform that meets the needs of today’s web users. |
