TITLE EA Study on user Awareness and Preferences for Authentication Techniques in Mobile Banking Applications
ABSTRACT Mobile banking applications have revolutionized financial management by offering users convenient, real-time access to a wide range of services through smartphones. This study focuses on understanding user awareness and preferences regarding authentication techniques used in mobile banking applications. It highlights how mobile banking has transformed financial management by offering convenience and accessibility while also introducing new security challenges. The research emphasizes the importance of adopting advanced authentication methods, such as biometrics and multi-factor authentication, to enhance the protection of user data and financial transactions. It also discusses the limitations of traditional password-based systems and the growing role of biometric verification as a more secure and user-friendly alternative. Overall, the study underscores the need for continuous technological innovation and user education to ensure safer and more reliable mobile banking experiences.
