| ABSTRACT | One of the important activity of any institute or Organization is managing records and documents. Existing document management system is not efficient and secure. Storing all records on paper-pen and manage those papers is not possible sometimes. Digital computing hub solve all this issues. DCH is software based application which allows you to store all your records in digital format on cloud based system. Using DCH you can access records from anywhere on any device. It is efficient record management plays a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of educational institutions. Traditional paper-based documentation methods are not only time-consuming but also prone to human errors, data loss, and limited accessibility. The Digital Computing Hub (DCH) is a web-based solution designed to address these inefficiencies by enabling institutions to manage and store academic, administrative, and departmental data in digital form using cloud and decentralized storage systems. The system offers secure access, real-time retrieval, and centralized control over records related to faculty, students, guest lectures, and departmental visits. Built with modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MySQL, and integrated with Pinata Cloud for decentralized file storage, DCH ensures data consistency, scalability, and long-term preservation. By automating manual operations, it not only reduces paper usage and workload but also contributes to digital transformation and eco-friendly practices within educational environments. |
