| ABSTRACT | In the age of technology and cultural heritage revolution, this paper studies a groundbreaking project- A CRM booking system for private theatres with Bitcoin payment integration. Developed for intimate settings of one-on-one or group performances in private venues, the service allows artists to stably issue shares for per-, family-based or couple- shows across Gold, Silver and Platinum levels from anywhere in the world through bypassing regional transactional barriers. Local currencies and high booking fees are standard practices in most traditional booking sites, which tend to contain users within these parameters. Our offering bridges this gap by utilizing Bitcoin not just as a method of payment, but as the two-faced coin that it is: both a low-friction transaction medium and an asset — and one which appreciates based on scarcity, giving theaters exposure to some protection against inflation and swings in revenue. The architecture of the system utilizes microservices in order to achieve scalability and also makes use of React. js for an easy to use frontend, Node. js for backend orchestration, and MongoDB to store information Other services tested and researched (we control) Blockchain. com APIs for easy and secure BTC integration. Highlights are packages that can be tier-based with personalized family or gifting options, and real-time FullCalendar availablility checking along with CRM-enabled customization via TensorFlow. js for recommendation engines. Payments are guaranteed instantly, or made fastest with Lightning Network support and verified using multi-signature wallets, privacy is safeguarded through GDPR-configured AES-256 encryption, and blockchain-stamped consensus. Results from a pilot program at a 50-seat Seattle location (June–September), include: 160% increase in pay-through rates (from 25% to 65%), an 86% reduction in fees (from 3.5% to.5%) and over a threefold monthly increase of international users (100–450). The value of Bitcoin holdings rose 15 percent in the last three months, and each transaction averaged $2,500. This is actionable effort to democratize access for the 1.7 billion unbanked people [7] and ticket sales that no longer just cover costs, but compound into an asset which supports cultural exchange and financial sustainability for arts organizations. Merging DeFi into the creative arena, our platform disrupts traditional paradigms prompting theatres worldwide to rethink revenue streams as prices rise. Further down the line, the project is planning NFT resale tickets and Grok-powered chatbots to encourage user engagement. |
