| ABSTRACT | In recent years, the increasing complexity of web applications has created a demand for intelligent automation systems capable of understanding and performing browser-based tasks without requiring extensive coding expertise. Cerebrow addresses this challenge by introducing a browser-based AI agent that executes web automation entirely through natural language interaction. Built on a modular architecture, Cerebrow integrates multiple Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude, enabling contextual understanding, reasoning, and execution of user commands in real time. The system employs the Playwright framework for browser automation, combined with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for seamless integration of external tools and services. Its Gradio- powered interface provides an intuitive environment where users can perform actions like navigation, data extraction, and form interaction without writing code. Experimental evaluation demonstrates a 95% task completion accuracy and twice the flexibility compared to traditional automation tools like Selenium or Puppeteer. With multi-model adaptability, vision-based input handling, and support for concurrent operations, Cerebrow represents a significant advancement toward intelligent, user-friendly, and scalable web automation. The project establishes a foundation for future expansion into areas such as voice-assisted control, workflow customization, and enterprise-level integration. |
