TITLE Can Jobs be Replaced by Technology?
ABSTRACT The swift progression of technology is significantly altering the contemporary job landscape. Automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and robotics are increasingly affecting employment trends, leading to worries about possible job loss. This study explores the influence of technology on jobs by reviewing relevant literature and conducting a survey to gauge public opinion. The results highlight three major trends: technology often changes jobs rather than outright removes them, routine and repetitive tasks are the most at risk of being automated, and human abilities such as creativity, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence cannot be replaced. Although some respondents voiced fears about keeping up with changing skill requirements, many recognized the rise of new opportunities within technology-focused industries. The research concludes that adopting flexibility on ongoing education, and skill enhancement is vital, viewing technology as a driver for job transformation instead of a total replacement for human workers.
