| TITLE | b Safe Women Safety App |
|---|---|
| ABSTRACT | Women’s safety continues to be a major concern in today’s society, especially in urban and semi-urban regions where cases of harassment and unsafe situations are frequently reported. To address this issue, the Women Safety Application is developed as a mobile-based solution that enables users to register, store emergency contacts, and access safety features in one platform. The application allows users to send instant SOS alerts to their trusted contacts during emergencies and report incidents with details such as type and description. Reported incidents are securely stored in a database and used to display safety awareness information and highlight unsafe zones. An optional admin panel helps in viewing reports and generating safety statistics. The system also includes a fail-safe alert mechanism using SMS when internet access is unavailable. This project aims to create a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use application that promotes women’s safety and awareness through digital empowerment. |
