TITLE Automatic Industrial Fault Detection & IOT Based Remote Monitoring
ABSTRACT The project “Automatic Industrial Fault Detection and IoT-Based Remote Monitoring System” aims to provide a smart and efficient solution for real-time monitoring of industrial equipment. The system uses sensors such as LM35, current, and vibration sensors to continuously measure parameters like temperature, humidity, and current flow. Data is processed by a microcontroller (ESP32) and sent to the cloud using IoT technology for remote monitoring. In case of any abnormal condition or fault, the system automatically triggers alerts through buzzer, LEDs, and mobile notifications. This helps reduce downtime, prevent equipment damage, and improve industrial safety and efficiency. The system is reliable, cost-effective, and suitable for various industrial automation applications. The proposed system ensures real-time visibility, reliability, and safety in industrial environments. It can be easily deployed in manufacturing plants, power stations, and automated production units. The integration of IoT provides scalability and remote accessibility, transforming traditional industries into smart, connected, and data-driven systems.
