TITLE A Secure Cloud Medical Platform with Geo-Login Verification and Role-Based Data Access
ABSTRACT The integration of cloud computing and cryptographic mechanisms provides a secure and efficient framework for managing sensitive medical data. A cloud-based medical management framework is developed to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and controlled accessibility within a distributed environment. The system applies the Fernet encryption algorithm, which combines Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and SHA-256 key derivation, to safeguard health-related information before storage in the cloud. This encryption process transforms the data into a protected format, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring secure retrieval during decryption. The framework enhances data protection by maintaining encrypted communication, structured data handling, and restricted access control. It demonstrates improved reliability and security in the preservation of medical information. In future development, a geolocation-based verification mechanism can be incorporated to ensure that decryption keys are displayed only when location authentication is successfully validated.
